** NFE extends its forbearance agreement with representatives of the holders of its new senior secured notes due 2029

** The agreement, which was previously set to expire on December 15, 2025, has now been extended to January 9, 2026

** NFE has been grappling with a severe liquidity crunch, as mounting debt and missed interest payments overshadowed the progress on its new projects
