Ardelyx Inc. has announced a Transition and Separation Agreement with Elizabeth Grammer following her resignation as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, effective December 31, 2025. Under the agreement, Grammer will continue as General Counsel until a successor is appointed, then serve as Senior Advisor for 24 months. During her continued employment and the first 12 months of her advisory period, she will receive her current base salary and be eligible for her 2025 annual target bonus of 45% of her base salary. At the end of this period, she will be paid an additional amount equal to one month of her base salary, contingent on a release of claims. For the second 12 months of the advisory period, her equity will continue to vest, and she will be eligible for an advisory payment during the first nine months of this phase. Ardelyx will also cover COBRA health insurance premiums for Grammer and her dependents throughout the advisory period or until she receives coverage from another employer.
