Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) lodged an application to the State Corporation Commission in Virginia for an increase in the maximum level of tolls for the Dulles Greenway, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company is seeking an increase of $0.95 to the current maximum peak-hour toll rate of $5.80 and $0.35 to the current maximum off-peak toll rate of $5.25, the filing said.
