ABM is acquiring WGNSTAR, a provider of managed workforce solutions and equipment support services for the semiconductor and high-technology industries, in a cash transaction valued at approximately $275 million. WGNSTAR is expected to generate around $135 million in annual revenue in 2025, with adjusted EBITDA margins exceeding those of ABM's Manufacturing & Distribution segment and an anticipated annual growth rate of about 10%. ABM's President & CEO, Scott Salmirs, highlighted that the acquisition will strengthen ABM's capabilities in semiconductor operations, cleanroom and critical facility management, and specialized technical services. WGNSTAR CEO Nigel Wenden noted that the partnership will enable both companies to better serve clients in the expanding semiconductor sector.
