Kodiak Sciences (KOD) said late Tuesday it priced an upsized underwritten offering of nearly 7 million shares at $23 per share for gross proceeds of about $160 million.

The offering, which was upsized from 6 million shares, is expected to close on Thursday, the company said.

The company said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1 million shares at offering price, minus discounts and commissions.
