Solartech International (HKG:1166) completed the placing of over 23.7 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.37 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$8.5 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent approximately 16.66% of the industrial component maker's enlarged issued share capital.
