The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of National Innovation Industrial Company by Saudi Electric Company, Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company JSC, and 3D Systems (DDD), the Commission said in a statement Tuesday.

The commission said the deal, which relates to the 3D printing services sector, would not raise competition concerns due to its limited impact on the European Economic Area.
