Humm Group (ASX:HUM) said it was notified of a shareholder-convened general meeting, scheduled for Feb. 19, 2026, by shareholders who together hold at least 5% of Humm's voting shares, to consider resolutions for the removal of of three of the firm's four current directors and the election of new directors, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The notice was issued by Jeremy Raper and the custodian of Collins St Asset Management as trustee for the Collins Street Value Fund.
The firm added that neither it nor its directors took any responsibility for the contents of the notice. Its board does not support the resolutions, and its directors plan to recommend that shareholders vote against the resolutions.
