A group of companies including DevvStream and XCF Global plan to evaluate a collaboration focused on developing U.S.-based nuclear power for advanced fuels and tokenized environmental assets.

Under a non-binding memorandum of understanding, the companies will assess the development of zero-carbon nuclear electricity from small modular reactors to support clean fuel production and end markets that demand large amounts of energy, including artificial-intelligence data centers, DevvStream said Tuesday.

The companies will also explore the development of electricity from small modular reactors to support existing and future operating assets, including a sustainable aviation fuel refinery in Louisiana.

They will also consider tokenizing environmental assets and using digital measurement, reporting and verification systems to boost data quality and auditability.

The group of companies include DevvStream, XCF Global, Southern Energy Renewables and IP3.

The collaboration could improve liquidity and lower the cost of clean energy and fuels, DevvStream Chief Executive Sunny Trinh said.

"We see this as a potential America-first model that combines U.S. resources, digital infrastructure, and scalable markets," Trinh said.
