EP&T Global (ASX:EPX) said eligible shareholders would be able to apply for a maximum of AU$30,000 worth of shares at an issue price of AU$0.25 per share under its share purchase plan, through which it is seeking to raise up to AU$700,000, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

It is offering the new shares under the share purchase plan at the same price as its recent share placement. The plan is set to open on Monday and close on Jan. 20, 2026. Applications for new shares must be for a minimum of AU$1,000, per the filing.
