Star Entertainment Group (ASX:SGR) said group Chief Financial Officer Frank Krile resigned, effective Dec. 29, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Group Chief Operating Officer Jeannie Mok also resigned, effective at the end of January 2026, the filing said.

The company also confirmed the appointment of Bruce Mathieson, Jr. as group chief executive, subject to receipt of regulatory and ministerial approvals.
