CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Concludes SG$566 Million Purchase of Properties

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the acquisition of industrial and logistics properties in Tuas, Singapore, for SG$565.8 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the REIT were down under 1% in Wednesday trading.

Meanwhile, the REIT also divested a business space property in Portland, Oregon, US, named 8700-8770 Nimbus for $6.6 million.

Following the completion of the acquisitions and divestment of the property in the US, the REIT now has 226 properties across Singapore, Australia, the US, the UK and Europe.
