Orion Minerals (ASX:ORN) said that the holidays have delayed the finalization of unit Prieska Copper Zinc Mine's binding financing and concentrate offtake agreement with a unit of Glencore for the Prieska project in South Africa, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

In September, the company's unit signed a non-binding term sheet with Glencore's subsidiary for a financing of $200 million to $250 million and concentrate offtake for the project.
