Green Leader Holdings Group (HKG:0061) unit Guang Cheng Group sold Lexing Holdings, and a loan it owes to the seller, to Earn Bright International for HK$8 million, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the mining company were down over 1% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

Of the total consideration, HK$4.6 million will be offset against an amount due to Wu Yongqiang, the owner of Earn Bright International.

The remaining HK$3.4 million will be used by the firm as general working capital.

The target firm engages mainly in investment holding.
