Ampol (ASX:ALD) said it will redeem all of the AU$500 million subordinated unsecured notes due 2080 on March 9, 2026, its first optional redemption date, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The notes will be redeemed with the proceeds from the new subordinated notes the company issued on Oct. 30, the filing said.

Shares fell nearly 1% in morning trade Monday.
