West Coast Silver (ASX:WCE) received firm commitments to raise AU$3.2 million through the placement of 16.8 million shares at AU$0.19 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds will be used for drilling, assay processing, and follow-up exploration at the Elizabeth Hill project in Western Australia, the filing said.
Shares fell 13% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
