Autoliv (ALV) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Fredrik Westin has agreed to amend his resignation date to be effective March 31.

The company said it's still looking for Westin's replacement.

In June, Autoliv said that Westin would step down Dec. 31, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Autoliv shares were up 1.3% in recent premarket actiivty.
