Lead Real Estate (LRE) said Tuesday it named Ken Takahashi chief financial officer to lead its finance, capital markets, and corporate planning divisions.

Takahashi previously held the senior executive officer role at Fujimoto Holdings, the company said.

The appointment for the Tokyo-based developer of luxury homes and hotels became effective on Jan. 1, it said.
