A claimant discontinued and withdrew a lawsuit against PropNex's (SGX:OYY) subsidiary, PropNex FRealty, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the real estate services company were up nearly 4% in Monday trading.

In an earlier filing, the subsidiary was named as one of three co-defendants in a law suit where the claimant was seeking damages in connection with an alleged "tortious conduct" of one of PropNex's salespersons.
