Hing Yip (HKG:0132) said it extended three lease agreements with Anhui Aigesai Environmental Investment Development, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

The term on the first two agreements were extended by one year to March 18, 2030, and May 18, 2030, respectively, while the deadline on the third agreement was pushed forward by two years to Nov. 16, 2029, the firm said.

The lease payment on the first agreement will amount to 41 million yuan; 20.9 million yuan on the second agreement; and 14.6 million yuan on the third agreement.

The lease covers designated sewage treatment equipment and facilities of the lessee situated in China's Huainan city.
