BUZZ-Australia's Findi set for best session in over two years on $48.2 mln investment in unit 

** Shares of Australia's Findi FND.AX jump 31.6% to A$2.04, their highest since November 4

** Set for strongest session since mid-November 2023

** Fintech co says its Indian unit Transaction Solutions International (India) Private Ltd has entered into a binding term sheet with Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC, which will invest up to 418 crore rupees (A$72 million or $48.21 million)

** Proceeds will be applied primarily to fund ongoing capital expenditure for Brown Label and White Label ATM deployments and long-term working capital requirements, co says

** Shares slumped 67.2% during 2025
