Virtual Mind (HKG:1520) is no longer acquiring a 10% stake in N-Bridge Capital after the long stop date of the purchase lapsed without an agreement, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

The apparel maker had agreed in July 2025 to acquire the stake for HK$15 million.

Virtual Mind said it would now instead explore acquiring a 10% stake in Harves Entertainment, an operator of international sports intellectual property in China.
