Keppel REIT Raises Over SG$886 Million Through Preferential Offering

Keppel REIT (SGX:K71U) raised gross proceeds of around SG$886.3 million through a preferential offering, after receiving valid acceptances of 76.9% at the close of the offering, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in Wednesday trading.

The REIT also received excess applications for around 185.7 million units, taking the total number of valid acceptances and excess applications to 895.1 million units, or 97% of the 923.2 million new units available.

The new units, issued at SG$0.96 each on the basis of 23 new units for every 100 existing units held as of Dec. 22, 2025, are expected to be listed and quoted on Jan. 19, the filing added.
