Trane Technologies (TT) and Kipema will acquire joint control of Kieback&Peter after receiving clearance under the EU Merger Regulation, the European Commission said Tuesday.

The deal mainly involves the supply of control systems and building automation, the commission said.

The regulatory body determined the transaction would not impact market competition due to the limited combined position of the businesses, the EC said.
