Olam Makes Progress in Securing Approvals for Disposal of ARISE P&L

Olam Group (SGX:VC2) said that it has made progress in securing approval from different lenders, in connection with the disposal of the remaining 32.4% stake in AIRSE, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company had signed a deal with Equitane DMCC in April last year for the disposal. The deal was originally scheduled to close by Dec. 31, 2025.

Olam intends to complete the disposal "as soon as practicable upon the receipt of all the approvals," the filing said.
