Wells Fargo (WFC) is offering US dollar bonds in as many as four tranches, with maturities ranging from four to 21 years, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
The notes with the longest tranche may have a spread of 0.95 to 1 percentage point more than US Treasuries, the report said.
Wells Fargo did not immediately respond to an MT Newswires request for comment.
