CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) acquired a class A logistics property in Columbus, Ohio, US, for SG$94.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the completion of the acquisition, Exel Inc. d/b/a DHL Supply Chain (USA) (DHL), will sign a long-term leaseback of the property.

The property comprises a single-story logistics building, spanning a gross floor area of 755,160 square feet, and will enhance the REIT's portfolio.
