ServiceNow (NOW) and OpenAI said Tuesday that the companies have entered a multi-year agreement to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic artificial intelligence.

Under the deal, OpenAI models will be a preferred intelligence capability for ServiceNow's enterprise customers, providing access to frontier models, custom ServiceNow AI offerings and faster deployment, according to the companies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
