stocks that could benefit from this new cross-border arrangement.\n\nSingapore Exchange or SGX (SGX: S68) – The Direct Beneficiary\nSGX isn’t just a beneficiary of the SGX-Nasdaq tie-up – it is part of the tie-up.\n\nAs the sole integrated securities and derivatives exchange operator in Singapore, SGX runs a diversified, multi-asset marketplace spanning the entire trading lifecycle.\n\nFor the fiscal year ended 30 June 2025 (FY2025), revenue rose 11.7% year-on-year (YoY) to just under S$1.3 billion, with net profit after tax climbing 8.4% to S$648 million, driven by broad-based growth across equities, currencies, and derivatives.\n\nTotal dividend paid in FY2025 was S$0.375 per share, a 9% increase YoY, representing a payout ratio of 65.8%.\n\nWith its growth firing on all
