Corvus Pharmaceuticals (CRVS) said Tuesday that data from cohort 4 of a phase 1 trial of soquelitinib in severe atopic dermatitis showed favorable safety and efficacy results consistent with results from the first three cohorts.

Citigroup raised its price target for the shares of Sandisk (SNDK) to $490 from $280 while maintaining the stock's buy rating.

Shares of Sandisk jumped 7.5%. Intraday trading volume stood at more than 11.4 million compared with a daily average of about 12.1 million.
