0954 ET - JPMorgan calls McCormick & Co.'s 4Q results "overall: disappointing." Analysts Thomas Palmer and Brandon Cohen say in a note that the cost environment "seems to be a key driver of both the 4Q earnings shortfall and the weaker-than-expected FY26 outlook." The spice and seasonings maker seems to be facing a roughly $50 million year-over-year tariff headwind, about $40 million more than the analysts expected. And enterprise resource planning costs are higher than expected as well, they add. McCormick falls 5% in early trading. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
