Nippon Prologis REIT's (TYO:3283) net income for the six months ended Nov. 30, 2025, was flat at 15.4 billion yen, compared with the prior six months.

The REIT's net income per unit increased to 1,830 yen from 1,821 yen in the preceding half-year period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing.

Operating revenues rose 1.5% to 35.1 billion yen from 34.6 billion yen in the previous period.

The company declared distributions totalling 1,920 yen per unit for the period, payable from Aug. 15.

For the fiscal period ending May 31, the REIT forecasts net income of 14.3 billion yen, operating revenues of 33.8 billion yen, and distributions per unit of 1,920 yen.

For the fiscal period ending Nov. 30, the REIT expects net income of 14.5 billion yen, operating revenues of 34.6 billion yen and distributions per unit of 1,934 yen.
