CompoSecure Names Robinson President, CEO of Reporting Subsidiary Amid Rebrand

CompoSecure named Graham Robinson president and chief executive of its subsidiary and reporting segment, CompoSecure LLC, succeeding Jon Wilk.

The appointment comes a day before the financial technology company rebrands to GPGI, following its merger with Husky Technologies Limited. GPGI will be a multi-industry compounder of companies managed by Resolute Holdings Management, CompoSecure said.

The company said Wilk's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company's board about operations, finances, policies, or practices.

Robinson served as senior vice president and global president of Stanley Black & Decker's Industrial business from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, he held a series of leadership positions at Honeywell. He also served on the board of Northrop Grumman from 2021 to 2025.
