The information technology sector jumped nearly 5% at midday Friday.

Life360 (ASX:360) said that it reached 95.8 million monthly active users (MAU) in the fourth quarter of 2025 and that it now expects 2025 revenue in the range of $486 million to $489 million, up from its previous guidance in the range of $474 million to $485 million.

On the flip side, the energy sector fell 1%.

NexGen Energy (ASX:NXG) partnered with the indigenous communities Clearwater River Dene Nation (CRDN) and Metis Nation (MN-S) Local 39 to develop a hotel in Saskatchewan, Canada.
