1224 GMT - Housing affordability is not just a problem in the U.S. and defies simple solutions, the CEO of real estate services group JLL tells CNBC at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Home buyers with limited budgets are struggling, Christian Ulbrich says. But the option of building enough affordable housing to ease a widespread affordability crisis is constrained by both increased construction costs and a lack of equity, Ulbrich says.
