1003 GMT - NATO needs to kick-start a process to work on strengthening security in the Arctic region in the run-up to its summit in Ankara scheduled for July 7-8, Finland's President Alexander Stubb tells the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Speaking at the same panel, European Investment Bank President Nadia Calvino says the EIB has seen a "sea change" in the last two years, extending the scope of projects it finances to cover also security and defense.
