Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud and Formula E said Monday they have agreed to a multi-year partnership that names Google Cloud the "Principal Artificial Intelligence Partner" of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

The companies said the deal will see Formula E deepen its use of Google Cloud technologies, including Gemini artificial intelligence models, across race operations, development and fan engagement.

Under the partnership, Formula E will also integrate artificial intelligence into live broadcasts, including its Strategy Agent, to deliver real-time insights, predictions and explanations for viewers.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
