Radware (RDWR) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Pynt, an API security testing company, to expand its application security and delivery capabilities for multi-cloud environments.

The company said the deal adds pre-production API security testing to Radware's portfolio, allowing customers to identify and remediate API risks earlier in the development lifecycle.

Radware said the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on its 2026 financial results, citing forward-looking statements. Key Pynt employees, including its founders, have joined Radware following the close of the transaction, the company said.

The company did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
