Cadeler (CDLR) said Wednesday it entered a preferred supplier agreement with an unnamed client to transport and install foundations for a major offshore wind farm in Europe.

The installation project is scheduled to begin during H1 of 2028, and the company will utilize two of its vessels, including a new A-class ship specialized for extra-large foundation work, it said.

Finalizing the agreement depends on the client making a definitive investment decision for the wind farm, Cadeler said.

Shares of the company were up 2.2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
