LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 29, 2026-- 

PCB Bancorp (the "Company") $(PCB)$, the holding company of PCB Bank, announced that on January 28, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about February 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
