Guoco Group's (HKG:0053) London-listed subsidiary The Rank Group reported a total profit of 18.5 million pounds sterling for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, down from 24.9 million pounds sterling a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Revenue from continuing operations in the fiscal first half increased to 420 million pounds sterling from 401.8 million pounds sterling a year earlier, the filing showed.

The Rank board declared an interim dividend of 1.00 pence per share, up from 0.65 pence a year earlier.
