Hong Lai Huat's (SGX:CTO) chief financial officer, Lai Seng Fatt, resigned from his position following an office dispute, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Certain allegations were also raised against executive director, Ong Jia Jing, the filing added.

Fatt was initially appointed to the position on Jan. 5, and was serving a three-month probationary period, the filing noted.
