AcroMeta (SGX:43F) is looking to raise SG$1 million after agreeing to a subscription agreement with a subscriber, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The subscriber has agreed to subscribe for shares in the company at SG$0.06 per share, with completion expected to take place by May 31.

The subscription is aimed at expanding the company's presence across selected segments of evolving global supply chains.

Shares of the company, which is engaged in engineering design and consultancy services, were up over 4% in Monday trading.
