Dezign Format (SGX:UZF) is expecting to book a lower net profit in 2025, compared to a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the spatial design and build specialist plunged nearly 9% in Thursday trading.

The lower net profit is mainly due to strategic expenditure to accelerate growth and inflationary pressures, the filing said.
