SPACSphere Acquisition said Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 per unit, raising $150 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.3 million units.

Each unit includes one class A ordinary share, one-half of a redeemable warrant and one right to receive one-fifth of a class A share upon completion of an initial business combination. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one class A share at $11.50, subject to adjustment.

The units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market this Friday.
