NexGen Energy (ASX:NXG) said that it is participating in Part Two of the Canadian Nuclear Commission Hearing for the federal approval of its Rook I project, this week, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proceeding, which started Monday and is set to complete on Feb. 12, will allow the involved parties to be heard before the Commission, the filing said.
