0210 GMT - Elite UK REIT stands to benefit from the early renewal of a large portion of its U.K. government leases, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a report. Most of these leases have been extended to 2032 and beyond, lifting a key overhang and likely to have positive impact on valuations and borrowing costs, he says. Also, development plans for REIT's Peel Park data center in England are at its final approval stage, with the site likely to be sold following approvals and possibly generating around GBP20 million-GBP30 million in net proceeds.
