Skylink (SGX:XZB) raised over SG$7 million through the placement of 26 million shares in the company's capital, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the vehicle leasing and hire-purchase company were down nearly 2% in Thursday trading.
Following the completion of the activity, the company's share capital has increased to nearly 202.4 million shares.
The new shares were listed and quoted on Feb. 12, the filing added.
