Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment China's (SHA:688012) chairman and general manager, Yin Zhiyao, reduced part of his stake in the company for 72.5 million yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

Yin disposed of 208,430 shares, or 0.033% of the company's total share capital, for a price of between 336 yuan and 359 yuan per share. The disposal was held between Jan. 30 and Feb. 10.

After the disposal, Yin holds nearly 4 million shares, or 0.631% of the company's total stake.

The global micro-fabrication equipment manufacturer's shares slipped over 1% during the morning trade.
