PeopleIN (ASX:PPE) said its co-Founder, Tom Reardon, was appointed as its Chief Executive and managing director, effective April 17, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Reardon will succeed Ross Thompson, "who will be taking up an overseas role," the filing said.

It also said that the business delivered an unaudited normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of AU$16.1 million for the fiscal first half.
